01Who we are

Ascendify is the trade name of Aman Krishna Gupta, a sole proprietorship in India (GSTIN 23BIHPG9767J1ZT, Udyam UDYAM-MP-24-0110261), with its principal place of business at Block No. 13, Phase 2, Maa Narmade Nagar, Bilhari, Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh 482020, India. In this policy “Ascendify”, “we”, “us” and “our” mean Aman Krishna Gupta trading as Ascendify; “you” means the person using this website or buying from us.

02What these terms cover

These terms apply to your use of this website, ascendify.pro, and to every purchase you make from Ascendify. By using the website or buying from us you agree to them.

Each product also has its own terms, which say how that product works and what you get. For TrapFree they are the Terms of Service, the Subscription terms (Pro) and the Wallet terms. If a product's terms and these terms differ, the product's terms apply to that product.

03Who may buy

You must be 18 or older to create a TrapFree account or buy from us. You may use our products only on devices you own or are allowed to manage, and never to watch or limit another adult.

04Our products

We sell digital software and services only: today, TrapFree (apps for Mac, Windows, Android, iPhone and iPad that close Shorts, Reels and TikTok and limit other distracting apps), its optional Pro subscription and optional wallet packs of extra minutes. Wallet minutes are time in TrapFree, not money: they cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another account or spent on anything else (TrapFree's Wallet terms). We sell no physical goods. 05Prices and taxes

• Prices are shown on each product's pricing page (for TrapFree, ascendify.pro/trapfree/pricing), in the app and on every buy button, before you pay.
• Prices in Indian rupees (₹) include GST where it applies. The price you see is the total you pay: nothing is pre-selected and nothing is added at checkout.
• Outside India, prices are in US dollars and Paddle.com sells to you as merchant of record; its terms apply to that sale as well.
• We may change prices for future purchases. A change never applies to something you have already paid for. For a subscription, we tell you at least 30 days before a new price applies to your renewal, with how to cancel.

06Payment

Payments on our website are taken by our payment partners (Razorpay in India, Paddle.com outside India). In India you can pay by UPI, debit or credit card, or net banking; outside India by card or the other methods Paddle's checkout shows. In the iPhone, iPad and Android apps, Apple or Google take the payment under their own terms. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details; we receive only the result of the payment, the amount and the payment partner's reference.

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel it. You can cancel a subscription bought on our website at any time in at most two clicks and one confirmation, on your TrapFree account page.

07Delivery

Everything we sell is delivered digitally to your account, usually within seconds of the payment being confirmed. Nothing is shipped. See the Shipping & Delivery Policy.

08Refunds and cancellation

Refunds and cancelling are explained in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. In short: your first Pro payment on our website is refunded in full if you ask within 14 days, and unused wallet minutes from a website purchase can be refunded within 14 days. Nothing in our policies takes away rights the law gives you.

09Using this website

You may browse this website and share links to it. You must not:

• try to get into any part of our systems you are not allowed to use, test their security without our written permission (see our security contact), or disrupt them;
• copy, resell or pass off our products, text, logo or designs as your own;
• use our products or this website for anything unlawful, or to harm or deceive anyone.

10Our name and logo

The name Ascendify, the tiger logo, the name TrapFree, our apps and this website's text and design belong to Aman Krishna Gupta. Other names on this website, such as YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok, belong to their owners; we are not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by them.

11Our responsibility

We provide our products with reasonable care and skill, and describe on our websites what they can and cannot do. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability to you for all claims in any 12 months is limited to the amount you paid us in those 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or anything else the law does not allow us to limit, or affects your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

12Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our products, our business or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. A change never applies to a purchase made before it. For a change to a product's own terms that matters to you, that product's terms say how we tell you in advance.

13Law, disputes and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Please contact us first: most problems are solved with one message, and our grievance officer resolves every complaint within one month (see Grievance Redressal). You can also go to the National Consumer Helpline or a consumer commission at any time.

Subject to that, and to any right the law gives you to bring a claim where you live, the courts at Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh, India have jurisdiction.
